  1. Prepare the ingredients: one cob of sweet corn, kernels removed (about 250g); 20g of millet; 30g of rice; a cup of milk; and rock sugar, added to taste.
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender, pour in 750ml of water, and select the corn juice mode. It should take approximately 35 minutes.
