Ingredients
Passion fruit
10
Oranges
6
Small green kumquats
10
Lemons
1.5
Green tea
10 grams
Ice cubes
30 small pieces
Rock sugar (white granulated sugar can also be used)
250 grams
Water
2.5 liters
Fruit Tea
- Wash the ingredients with salt and cut them up. Cut the passion fruits and small green kumquats in half, slice the lemons, and cut two oranges into slices, while peeling the other four. If you don’t have a large plate, you don’t need to put everything together.
- Find a large container to scoop out the passion fruit, squeeze the juice from the small green kumquats and lemons, and mash the four peeled oranges. Mix all the ingredients evenly and refrigerate.
- Add the rock sugar directly to the kettle, boil 2.5 liters of water, and let it cool except for the portion used to steep the green tea. Alternatively, you can pour it into a container and then add the rock sugar—do whatever is convenient. Just don’t add it directly to the juice, as it won’t dissolve properly at low temperatures, and the fruit tea will become sour and bitter at high temperatures.
- Brew a pot of green tea using a teapot. If you don’t have one, you can use a bowl or simply brew it directly in the kettle and then filter it before letting it cool.
- Pour the cooled green tea and chilled water into the prepared fruit juice, stir well, add ice cubes, and enjoy!
