Soy sauce

Starch water

Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

  1. Crack three eggs into a bowl.
  1. Add a small spoonful of salt.

  1. Add 1.5 times warm water, strain, and skim off any foam.
  1. Cover with plastic wrap, poke small holes, and steam for 12 minutes.
  1. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the minced meat, and stir-fry until crumbled.
  1. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
  1. Add half a teaspoon of salt.

  1. Stir-fry until well mixed.

  1. Add the cornstarch slurry.


  1. Bring it to a boil.
  1. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion
  1. After the eggs are steamed, open the plastic wrap
  1. Pour the minced meat on the steamed egg and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
