Steamed Egg with Minced Meat
- Crack three eggs into a bowl.
- Add a small spoonful of salt.
- Add 1.5 times warm water, strain, and skim off any foam.
- Cover with plastic wrap, poke small holes, and steam for 12 minutes.
- Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the minced meat, and stir-fry until crumbled.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- Add half a teaspoon of salt.
- Stir-fry until well mixed.
- Add the cornstarch slurry.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion
- After the eggs are steamed, open the plastic wrap
- Pour the minced meat on the steamed egg and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
