How to make fried bean curd with meat

  1. Soak the bean curd sheets in advance (you can also buy soaked ones directly), and cut the other side dishes and set aside.
  1. Cut the pork into thin slices, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, stir-fry the fat until golden brown, then add the lean meat and stir-fry until it changes color and serve.
  1. Leave some oil in the pan, add minced garlic, green and red peppers and bean curd in turn, stir-fry evenly, and add appropriate amount of salt.
  1. Pour the pork into the pot and stir-fry together, add a little light soy sauce and a little water and simmer for 3 minutes.
  1. Finally, add garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly before serving.
