Banana Cranberry Muffin Recipe
- Peel the bananas and mash them
- Pour milk, oil, sugar, eggs and banana paste into a large bowl and mix well.
- Sift in low flour and baking powder, and stir evenly with a spatula until there is no powder left. Do not over-stir.
- Chop 35g cranberries into small pieces and stir into the batter.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups, about 70% full. Cut the remaining 15 grams of cranberries into large pieces and sprinkle them on the batter.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
