The recipe for squid pancake
- Cut the squid into small pieces, add seasoning sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and salt, and stir well

- Cut carrots, onions, green peppers, scallions, and millet peppers into foam and add them to diced squid.

- Crack in three eggs and stir

- Add 6 tablespoons of homemade pancake powder and stir

- Put it in the pancake holder or non stick pan and fry until both sides are golden brown before serving. Paired with Thai sweet and spicy sauce, it has an excellent taste.

- This is pancake powder. Just mix the ingredients according to the list and stir it yourself. It can be used not only to fry squid, but also to fry various vegetables. It also tastes great when frying beef.

- This is the finished product. I like pancakes with a strong flavor, so I added more pancake flour than the ingredient list. Just add the dosage from the ingredient list when doing it normally
