How to make crispy apple pie
- Wash and dice apples
- Put butter in a pan and melt over low heat
- Pour in the diced apples and stir fry, then add sugar and stir fry until soft
- Pour in starch and stir fry until thick
- Thaw the pancake and cut it into four pieces
- Place the diced apple on one side
- Fold and press with a fork
- Spread evenly on the baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
