The method of making small seafood with sauce
- Wash the purchased seafood thoroughly, remove the shrimp heads, extract the shrimp threads, and remove the internal organs of the octopus

- Put ginger slices, cooking wine, and boiling water in the pot to cook the prepared seafood. Each variety should be cooked separately in the pot

- Take out the cooked seafood and put it in the pre prepared ice water. Remove the shells of the shrimp

- Ginger, garlic, and spicy millet, as shown in the picture. Lemon must be seeded to avoid a bitter taste

- Take out the seafood for later use and drain the water
