How to cook braised pork leg bones
- Soak the pig leg bones in blood water and wash them clean
- Add boiling water to remove blood
- Heat the oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried red pepper.
- Stir-fry the meat until slightly yellow, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
