How to make shredded chicken and green pepper
- Remove the tendons so it’s not spicy
- Scissors cut up
- Chicken breast, shredded
- Half a spoonful of cornstarch (sweet potato flour, corn flour, whatever you like) Whatever you use, Chinese food doesn’t need to be too pretentious
- 1 spoonful of soy sauce
- Marinate for a while, it doesn’t matter how long it takes, more than 10 minutes
- Heat the pan with cold oil, and add whatever onions, ginger, and garlic you have!
- After sautéing, add shredded chicken
- Stir-fry until the color changes, add the chili shreds and continue to stir-fry
- Pour in soy sauce,
- Continue to stir-fry, and when the peppers are cooked, add a little salt and serve!
