Steamed snapper recipe
- Ask the fishmonger at the market to prepare the fish for you, take it home, make a few cuts on the fish’s back, apply salt and cooking wine, stuff onions and ginger into the fish’s belly and meat, and marinate the fish for half an hour.
- Take out the marinated fish and wash it with water, then put shredded green onion and ginger on the bottom, put the fish on top, and also put a layer of green onion and ginger on the fish, and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After the fish is steamed, pour out the soup at the bottom, remove the yellowed scallions and ginger, add the green scallions (for a nice look), pour the steamed fish soy sauce on it, and then heat the oil and pour it on top before eating.
