How to cook beef ribs stewed with radish

  1. Cut the beef ribs into small pieces and soak them in clean water for more than half an hour. Put them in a pot with cold water and add some scallions, ginger and cooking wine to blanch them. Rinse them with warm water and drain them for later use.
  1. Put the beef ribs into the pot, and then add onions, ginger slices, scallions, star anise and bay leaves.
  1. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and start to cook ~ about 1.5 hours ~
  1. Peel the white radish, roll it and cut it into small pieces. Blanch it and drain it in advance.
  1. Put the white radish into the pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it becomes soft.
  1. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and sprinkle a handful of chopped coriander.
  1. The beef is soft and firm, with a mixture of meaty and milky flavors. The soup is delicious and warm after drinking it.
