How to cook beef ribs stewed with radish
- Cut the beef ribs into small pieces and soak them in clean water for more than half an hour. Put them in a pot with cold water and add some scallions, ginger and cooking wine to blanch them. Rinse them with warm water and drain them for later use.
- Put the beef ribs into the pot, and then add onions, ginger slices, scallions, star anise and bay leaves.
- Pour in an appropriate amount of water and start to cook ~ about 1.5 hours ~
- Peel the white radish, roll it and cut it into small pieces. Blanch it and drain it in advance.
- Put the white radish into the pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Finally, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and sprinkle a handful of chopped coriander.
- The beef is soft and firm, with a mixture of meaty and milky flavors. The soup is delicious and warm after drinking it.
