How to make coconut steamed buns

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Knead the dough for 2 minutes at level 2, let it rest for 5 minutes, knead the dough for 12 minutes at level 4, and let the dough rise for 20 minutes. Melt 50g butter in hot water, add 80g fine sugar, 6 egg yolks, and 140g coconut flakes, mix well and set aside.
