How to cook shredded beef with spicy peppers

  1. Mix the shredded beef with cooking wine, starch, ginger slices, salt and light soy sauce, marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.
  1. Cut the chili pepper into strips, the green onion into strips, and the ginger and garlic into small pieces.
  1. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it until it is 80% hot.
