How to make steamed eggs with bacon
- Yellow Swan eggs that can be eaten raw are safer, tastier and more nutritious.
- Put a little oil in the pan, add bacon and fry until fragrant, then chop and set aside.
- Prepare a plate, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil, chopped green onion, mix well, and add chopped bacon.
- Beat in 5 eggs. You can choose the number of eggs that suits you, more or less.
- Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few holes with a toothpick or sharp knife. Bring water to a boil and steam over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes. If you want a runny egg, reduce the steaming time.
- Remove from the pan and drizzle with a little hot oil.
- The nutritious and delicious bacon steamed egg is ready.
