How to make steamed eggs with bacon

  1. Yellow Swan eggs that can be eaten raw are safer, tastier and more nutritious.
  1. Put a little oil in the pan, add bacon and fry until fragrant, then chop and set aside.
  1. Prepare a plate, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil, chopped green onion, mix well, and add chopped bacon.
  1. Beat in 5 eggs. You can choose the number of eggs that suits you, more or less.
