How to make spicy and sour cabbage

  1. Wash the cabbage, tear it into pieces or cut it into sections for later use.
  1. Chop the chili pepper and garlic and set aside.
  1. Prepare a bowl of sauce with 4 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of water, a little half spoon of salt, a little sugar and a little starch, mix well and set aside.
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chili pepper and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  1. Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
  1. Stir-fry over high heat until slightly browned and softened.
  1. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat.
  1. Stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed and the sauce is reduced, as shown in the picture.
  1. It’s out of the pot.
