How to cook vegetarian celery
- Wash the celery and cut into sections. You can use fresh or dried chili peppers. Cut the green onions and ginger (if you don’t like them, you can leave them out) and set aside.
- Pour some vegetable oil into the pot, add chopped green onion, ginger, chili pepper, and a few peppercorns to fry until fragrant
- Add celery and stir-fry for two or three minutes. If you like it soft, you can stir-fry it for a while longer.
- Add an appropriate amount of Wei Ji Xian soy sauce and stir-fry until it is tasty. I usually only use Wei Ji Xian soy sauce and don’t need to add salt. If you don’t like it, you can add a little bit and add salt to taste later.
- Taste the saltiness and add salt to taste. Turn off the heat, add some chicken essence, stir evenly and serve.
