How to make orange peel
- Orange peel after juice extraction
- Sunkist oranges or domestic navel oranges, rub the peel with coarse salt, remove the white sac with a knife, cut into cubes, add water and boil for ten minutes to remove the bitter taste, remove and drain the water
- 500g orange peel + 500g rock sugar
- Add 750 grams of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes until the sauce is almost absorbed.
- The boiled orange peel is crystal clear
