How to make stir-fried beef with artemisia

  1. Beef shreds marinated: add starch, blended oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce or salt, dark soy sauce (a small amount), a little black pepper
  1. Wash and cut Artemisia selengensis into sections
  1. Heat oil in a pan (hot pan with cold oil): turn on high heat and quickly fry the beef. Add the artemisia selengensis immediately after it is cooked. If you are afraid that the beef will be overcooked, you can remove it first and then add the artemisia selengensis. Season with salt and a little sesame oil. Add a little chili pepper before serving to increase the spicy flavor (do not add if you don’t like spicy food)
