Cooking wine

How to cook pork and cabbage
- Slice the pork belly and marinate it with cooking wine, ginger slices and salt (I used bacon🥓, which is already seasoned and can be directly fried in the pan) Cut the cabbage into sections and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped pork belly and stir fry until the oil comes out.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry over high heat
- Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until it is tasty
- Add a small amount of chicken essence and stir fry.
- Serve and enjoy!
