How to make pimple soup
- Everything is ready, cut the tomatoes into small pieces
- Put an appropriate amount of flour into a slightly larger basin. You can operate it directly under the water pipe. Turn on the water flow. Note that the water flow must be small! Let the water flow into the basin along the edge of the basin. Use your hands or chopsticks to stir in one direction as the water flows into the basin! Here, you should also pay attention to stirring for a few seconds and then take the basin aside to continue stirring. If there is still unformed fine flour at the bottom of the basin, add a little water and continue stirring it aside. It’s almost done as shown in the picture.
- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is about the right temperature, add the shallots first, then the tomatoes and stir-fry. Make sure the tomatoes are soft and juicy. Stir-fry over medium-low heat, otherwise they will burn and turn black if the heat is too high! When the tomatoes are soft and juicy, add a spoonful of tomato sauce (for color and a richer taste), then about two spoonfuls of sugar and a spoonful of salt.
- Add water and bring to boil
- Add the dough in batches, stirring with chopsticks or a spatula, otherwise it will become a lump! Keep stirring after all the dough is added. When the water boils again, add two spoons of light soy sauce. You can taste the saltiness at this time. If it is too bland, you can add some salt. Adjust the taste according to your own taste.
- Before adding the green vegetables, beat the eggs in advance and slowly pour them along the edge of the soup. Do not stir or move at this time. Wait until you see the eggs are slightly shaped before continuing to stir evenly.
- Add some pepper to taste, and a little bit of chicken powder or MSG before serving. A bowl of hot and fragrant dumpling soup is ready!
