How to make mushroom egg soup
- Wash the oyster mushrooms
- Add oil to the pan and fry the onion and ginger until browned.
- Add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce for coloring. Add salt for seasoning.
- Add a bowl of water and stew to bring out the aroma of the oyster mushrooms.
