Cleaned squid

Light soy sauce

- Blanch the squid in hot water for one minute, then remove it from the water. Don’t overcook it!
- Heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the squid and fry for one minute.
- Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and stir-fry for 30 seconds
- Add cumin (to your liking) and chopped green onions. And you’re ready to eat!
