Ingredients

Cleaned squid

2-3 pieces


Garlic

5-6 cloves


Light soy sauce

1 teaspoon


Oyster sauce

1 teaspoon


Sugar

1 teaspoon


Dark soy sauce

a little


Cumin powder

to taste


Cumin squid recipe

  1. Blanch the squid in hot water for one minute, then remove it from the water. Don’t overcook it!
  1. Heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  1. Add the squid and fry for one minute.
  1. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and stir-fry for 30 seconds
  1. Add cumin (to your liking) and chopped green onions. And you’re ready to eat!
