How to make celery leaf soup

  1. Wash the celery leaves, cut them into pieces and set aside. Beat the eggs and slice the ginger.
  1. Pour water into a pot, add ginger slices and bring to a boil. Add chopped celery leaves and cook for 1 minute, then add beaten eggs, chicken stock, salt and turn off the heat.
  1. Add sesame oil and serve.
