How to make sweet white radish beef meatball soup
- Peel and wash the white radish, then cut into dice.
- Prepare the meat you want to eat. I used a more mixed combination this time. The most versatile one is beef balls. In addition, there are pork, fresh shrimps and small shrimps in the refrigerator, so I threw them in to increase the sweetness. (Don’t add if you mind)
- Boil water in a pot, add meatballs and white radish (because radish is harder to cook, you can put them in together). When the radish is basically cooked, you can add the remaining meat slices, fresh shrimp, etc.
- Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper (I think it is a must!!! Perfect match), sprinkle with coriander, and you can also add some celery, and a pot of sweet soup is ready~
