How to make peanut candy
- Spread the raw peanuts on a baking tray, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, take them out and shake them, and then check the maturity of the peanuts to determine the second baking time, about 5 minutes. After baking, let them cool and peel them, and roll them lightly with a rolling pin to split them into two halves.

- Put sugar into a pot and cook over low heat.

- Boil until the sugar melts and turns amber.

- Quickly add the crushed peanuts into the pot and stir quickly to make sure the crushed peanuts are evenly coated with sugar.

- While still hot, roll the peanut candy into sheets with a rolling pin.

- Cut into small pieces before cooling down

- After it cools down completely, store it in a fresh-keeping box or seal it in a bag.
