How to make peanut candy

  1. Spread the raw peanuts on a baking tray, bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, take them out and shake them, and then check the maturity of the peanuts to determine the second baking time, about 5 minutes. After baking, let them cool and peel them, and roll them lightly with a rolling pin to split them into two halves.
  1. Put sugar into a pot and cook over low heat.
  1. Boil until the sugar melts and turns amber.
  1. Quickly add the crushed peanuts into the pot and stir quickly to make sure the crushed peanuts are evenly coated with sugar.
  1. While still hot, roll the peanut candy into sheets with a rolling pin.
  1. Cut into small pieces before cooling down
  1. After it cools down completely, store it in a fresh-keeping box or seal it in a bag.
