How to cook belly pork (simple version)
- Defrost the tripe meat naturally, add cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, green onion sections, cook over high heat, then turn to low heat for 40 minutes, add salt, and then low heat for 40 minutes
- Prepare dipping sauce: Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, oil, 1 tsp sugar, vinegar (don’t add if you don’t like it), chopped green onion, and minced coriander in a bowl and stir well
- Here are 6 pieces of belly pork, cooked for 80 minutes, the time can be extended further according to personal preference. Add chopped green onion and coriander and take out the pot
- Cut the tripe meat in half or cut it, you can eat it directly or dip it in dipping sauce.
