How to make oatmeal cookies

- Butter softens to a softness at room temperature and can be easily pushed

- Add brown sugar and a little salt

- Stir well

- Add egg liquid in 3 times

- Beat the egg whisk evenly

- Sift in low-gluten flour baking powder baking soda and mix well

- Pour in oatmeal and mix well

- Pour in raisins and walnut kernels and mix well

- The mixed dough is relatively wet

- Spoon into the baking tray and gently flatten it
