How to stir-fry screws
- Use scissors to remove the tail of the screws, prepare the ingredients, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the green onion into small pieces. I like to stir-fry with Haitian’s white soy sauce. It feels that the taste is better than other white soy sauce, so I have always eaten this one.

- Pour oil into the pot, add shredded ginger, add Pixian bean paste, add onion and stir-fry for a while, pour in screws and stir-fry for a few times, add sugar, add soy sauce and continue stir-fry for a few times, pour in water, don’t have too many screws

- As shown in the figure, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. When the soup is dry and thick, put some MSG and turn off the heat. Of course, you can put it or not. The soy sauce has its own flavor.

- The taste is really good, with a little spicy, but not too spicy, very good.
