Enoki mushroom

How to make steamed sausage/sausage of enoki mushrooms
- Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and wash them on a plate like this

- Slice sausage evenly on enoki mushrooms

- 4 cloves of garlic and 3 millet peppers chopped

- Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of chicken essence

- Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot and heat it until it is slightly smoked. Pour the hot oil into the seasoning bowl just now (do not use a glass bowl)

- Pour the prepared sauce evenly on top of the sausage, boil water in the pot, put the enoki mushrooms in and steam them for 10 minutes

- Steamed enoki mushrooms will produce some water, sprinkle some scallions before the pot
