How to make oatmeal steamed buns

  1. Weigh all the ingredients above, pour them into the basin in order, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
  1. Knead into dough and start the first fermentation (I put it in the microwave and wait)

  1. After the hair is ready, knead it like this (I have to knead it 150 times each time) roll into long strips and cut into eight pieces
