The recipe for low-fat seaweed tofu soup
- Seaweed soaked in hair and chopped into small pieces. This time, I bought dry ones, which feel better than salt dried ones. Salt dried ones are easy to spoil and difficult to store. - Heat the wok over oil, add chopped scallions, garlic, and shrimp, and stir fry a few times. If you prefer a light dish, you can add a little less base oil.

- Add boiling water, be sure to add boiling water, so that the soup will be thick

- After adding water, fry the egg and tofu with water, then season with pepper and salt. You can also add oyster sauce to make it fresher.
