How to make marble purple potato mousse cake
- Crush Oreos and add melted butter
- Place in the mold and compact, then store in the refrigerator for later use
- Soak gelatin in cold water
- Softened cream cheese, stir until smooth
- Add sugar and mix well
- Mix gelatin sheets and milk and heat to melt
- Pour in cream cheese and mix
- Beat the whipped cream until 50% distributed, pour it into the cheese paste and mix well
- Take 1/3 of the mousse paste and add purple potato powder and mix well.
