The recipe for pea seedling and egg soup
- Make a slight selection and remove the old stems and leaves. I usually also choose the topmost seedlings, which are difficult to digest.

- If you like to eat eggs, just add a few more. For someone like me who doesn’t like them, just one is enough. To beat the eggs, heat them up in a hot pot over high heat. Fry the eggs until they are fluffy, and wait until the soup is ready to absorb more juice. The eggs will be particularly soft and delicious. (Too simple, no picture)
- Fry the eggs, add water and bring to a boil. Cook for a while longer until the water turns a little white. Pour in the washed pea seedlings, then turn off the heat. The pea seedlings will be cooked with just a little heat. Add a little salt, MSG, and remove from the pot. You can skip adding MSG if you don’t eat it, anyway my family eats it.
