How to make tomato and lettuce Noodles in soup
- Prepare the ingredients, I used lettuce for the vegetables. I used half a head of lettuce, two tomatoes, and a small handful of noodles. The amount can be increased according to the number of people. Here is the amount for one person

- Wash the lettuce thoroughly and cut it into small pieces for later use. Wash the tomatoes clean and cut them into pieces

- Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, then add the tomatoes and stir fry until they become soft

- Pour 2 bowls of water into the softened tomatoes

- After the tomato soup boils, add the noodles and use chopsticks to break them apart. Bring them to a boil again

- Add a little salt for seasoning
