The recipe for Three Fresh Mushroom Soup
- Firstly, prepare the required ingredients including fresh shrimp, seafood mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, eggs, and internal fat tofu for later use.

- Heat up the wok and pour in extra virgin olive oil from Jinlongyu. Add shrimp heads and stir fry until red oil is obtained.

- Pour in 1200ml of hot water and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp head and set aside for later use.

- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them up. Remove from the heat and add a small amount of extra virgin olive oil from Jinlong fish. Then, add the eggs and fry until both sides turn golden brown and set.

- Push the fried egg to the side, put the peeled shrimp into the pan, and stir fry with the remaining bottom oil until it changes color.

- Add the fried eggs, shrimp, and mushrooms to the shrimp soup bell that was previously cooked.

- Cover the pot and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.

- Add tofu and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2 minutes.

- Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to season.
