The recipe for Three Fresh Mushroom Soup

  1. Firstly, prepare the required ingredients including fresh shrimp, seafood mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, eggs, and internal fat tofu for later use.
  1. Heat up the wok and pour in extra virgin olive oil from Jinlongyu. Add shrimp heads and stir fry until red oil is obtained.
  1. Pour in 1200ml of hot water and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp head and set aside for later use.
  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them up. Remove from the heat and add a small amount of extra virgin olive oil from Jinlong fish. Then, add the eggs and fry until both sides turn golden brown and set.
  1. Push the fried egg to the side, put the peeled shrimp into the pan, and stir fry with the remaining bottom oil until it changes color.
  1. Add the fried eggs, shrimp, and mushrooms to the shrimp soup bell that was previously cooked.
  1. Cover the pot and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  1. Add tofu and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2 minutes.
  1. Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to season.
