Starry Sparkling Water

  1. Boil the water, sugar, and butterfly pea flowers together.
  1. Add the agar powder and bring it to a boil again, then turn off the heat.

  1. The more butterfly pea flowers you use, the deeper the color. For a lighter shade, use fewer flowers.
