Matcha Coffee Latte
- Brew one shot of espresso.
- Mix the matcha powder with hot water until smooth. I used Seiran matcha powder and added a generous amount for a rich, intense matcha flavor!
- Add condensed milk to the espresso and stir until well combined.
- Pour the coffee with condensed milk into a cup.
- Add a suitable amount of ice cubes.
- Slowly pour in the chilled fresh milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha liquid along the wall of the glass. Finally, garnish with a delicate, daisy-like marshmallow on top to add an enchanting touch—evoking a dreamy, ethereal vibe straight out of an enchanted forest!
- Even without marshmallows, it still looks great!
