How to make coffee bean cookies
- After softening the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and stir until there are no particles.
- Add Nestle instant coffee powder, cocoa powder and butter. Continue to stir well.
- Add sifted flour and continue to stir evenly. Don’t stir too much.
