How to make morels stuffed shrimp slip
- Shrimp filling: Soak morels in cold water for about half an hour (soaking for too long will make the taste lighter) Mix shrimp slippers, chopped green onions, corn kernels, and carrots, add salt and stir evenly and set aside (the ready-made Anhui shrimp slippers used for shrimp slippers, and corn kernels bought in supermarkets are also used)
