- Add 3.5g of agar powder and one packet of instant coffee to 100ml of hot water.
- Stir well, let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate.
- Add 5 butterfly pea flowers and 3.5g of agar powder to 100ml of boiling water and stir well.
- Pour into a bowl, let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate.
- Pour 200 grams of coconut juice into a health pot, add 7 grams of agar-agar, and boil until it reaches a boil, then cool to room temperature.
- Insert a sprig of rosemary into the set coffee jelly for decoration.
- Pour in the cooled coconut water and refrigerate to set.
- Scoop a few spoonfuls of butterfly pea flower jelly on top of the cup, and the layers will be very distinct.
- Add 100g of heavy cream, 1 spoon of condensed milk, and a few grains of sea salt, then use a whisk to whip until semi-flowing. The milk cap is ready!
- Spread the milk cap on top of the cup.
- The drink “Under Mount Fuji” is now complete, featuring rich layers and an amazing texture.
