How to make banana waffles
- 1. First press the banana into mud with a spoon. It doesn’t matter if it’s a little bit granular. 2. Add eggs, baking powder, yeast, milk powder, sugar and banana paste and mix well. Finally, add the melted butter and mix well to form a thicker paste. I think the batter is thicker and the baked crust is crisper. If you want it soft, add a little water. Wake up for half an hour. If you make breakfast, you can put the noodles in the refrigerator and wait for one night. Take it out the next morning and you can make it directly. I just make the noodles in the evening and make the noodles the next morning, which is very convenient.

- I use a Red Heart brand waffle machine. This quantity can be made into three pots. Preheat the cake machine for two minutes first. The pot does not need to be oiled. Put one-third of the batter in the middle, cover it, and wait until the pot turns from airy to non-air, then bake it. This is my experience. If you are not worried, open the lid at any time to avoid baking the batter.
