How to cook beef with egg
- Beat the eggs and cut the onion into thin strips. Put all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix them into a sauce (including two spoons of water). Put a little oil in the pan and fry the onion strips. Spread the beef evenly on the onion. Pour half of the sauce, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes until the beef changes color.
