How to make black sesame peanut brittle candy
- Fry the black sesame seeds in batches until they crackle, then stir-fry for a while.
- Fry everything until cooked and set aside.
- Put the peanuts in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove after cooling. Put the peanuts and sesame seeds in the oven and keep the temperature at 90 degrees.
- Put 150 grams of water in the pot, add salt and white sugar, and cook until bubbling.
- Add maltose.
- Stirring constantly, simmer the syrup over low heat. It started with big bubbles and gradually turned into pulp.
- It will bubble up and turn amber in color. Fill a small bowl with cold water. Dip it with a chopstick and put it into the cold water. If it becomes hard and crispy, it is ready.
- Immediately add sesame seeds and peanuts
- Stir evenly while hot.
- Transfer to a gold plate. The amount above is just right for a 28*28 gold plate.
- Slice immediately after cooling slightly. If you cut it after it is completely cool, it will be brittle and easy to break. Keep it sealed and stored after it is completely cool.
