How to make blueberry yam

  1. 1. Steam the yam in a pot for about 20 minutes, then cool, peel and pound into puree;
  1. 2. Add condensed milk and stir evenly;
  1. 3. Add milk and stir evenly;
  1. 4. Add blueberry jam to water and stir evenly;
  1. 5. Squeeze the yam puree into a piping bag and squeeze it into shape, then pour blueberry juice on it.
