Master Recipe | Recipe for Braised Pork trotters with Sauce
- Prepare materials

- Clean the pig trotters thoroughly, put them in a cold water pot, add a few slices of ginger and cooking wine

- Slowly bring to a boil and boil the foam, then turn off the heat

- Remove the pig trotters and rinse them with warm water before setting aside

- Add oil to the pot and add rock sugar (those who like sweetness can add more rock sugar)

- Stir fry until melted and slightly yellowed

- Add scallions and ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant

- Add star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, and dried chili and stir fry

- Add two spoons of pork rib sauce

- Add another spoonful of Douban sauce and stir fry

- Add the processed pig trotters and stir fry evenly

- Add water to the pig’s trotters and stew in a pot for at least an hour

- Boil on medium high heat for 15 minutes and it will be ready to serve. Try the taste, and if it’s not tasty enough, add some salt for seasoning. I made it just right and didn’t add any salt.

- Put the pig trotters in a clay pot and collect the sauce. Cook until the soup thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and you can start eating
