How to make Cantonese style Fried white radish patty
- Main ingredients: shredded radish, diced sausage

- 1. After shredding the radish, add 3 grams of salt and marinate for 2 minutes. Squeeze out the juice and keep it for later use

- 2. Pour 200g sticky Rice noodles into the squeezed radish juice, stir well and set aside. (If you want a harder texture, you can add 50 grams of powder)

- 3. Diced shrimp, dried scallops, and sausages are stir fried until fragrant. Add radish and stir fry until soft. Add 2 grams of white sugar and pepper. If you like this flavor, you can add 2 grams.

- 4. Turn down the heat to the minimum, pour in the powder mixture that was just mixed, and stir continuously until evenly mixed.

- 5. The viscous state of the final stirred slurry is shown in the above figure 👆

- 6. Pour into a steaming tray, steam for 35 minutes after the water boils

- 7. Steam the finished product, cool it down, cut it into pieces and fry it until both sides are golden brown
