Ingredients
Chicken breast

Button mushrooms
1 small box
Garlic
1–2 cloves
Chopped green onions
1 small bunch
Chicken Breast with Mushrooms
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into four pieces (see picture)
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces

- Add salt, a little dark soy sauce (for color), light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, cooking wine and starch to the cut chicken breast, mix well, then add a spoonful of cooking oil to lock in moisture → marinate for about 20 minutes for later use

- Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the marinated chicken breast

- Stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color and set aside

- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, stir-fry until slightly browned → the garlic aroma comes out

- Pour in the chopped mushrooms

- Stir-fry until soft

- Add the fried chicken breast

- Stir-fry evenly and taste the saltiness → If you think it is too bland, add some soy sauce and oyster sauce → Stir-fry until it is tasty

- Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve!

- Fresh, fragrant and tender ~ delicious
