Ingredients

Chicken breast

1 piece


Button mushrooms

1 small box


Garlic

1–2 cloves


Chopped green onions

1 small bunch


Chicken Breast with Mushrooms

  1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into four pieces (see picture)

    Cut the chicken breast into small pieces
  1. Add salt, a little dark soy sauce (for color), light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, cooking wine and starch to the cut chicken breast, mix well, then add a spoonful of cooking oil to lock in moisture → marinate for about 20 minutes for later use
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the marinated chicken breast
  1. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color and set aside
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, stir-fry until slightly browned → the garlic aroma comes out
  1. Pour in the chopped mushrooms
  1. Stir-fry until soft
  1. Add the fried chicken breast
  1. Stir-fry evenly and taste the saltiness → If you think it is too bland, add some soy sauce and oyster sauce → Stir-fry until it is tasty
  1. Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve!
  1. Fresh, fragrant and tender ~ delicious
