How to make cola chicken wings

  1. Score the raw chicken wings with a knife, or use a toothpick to poke 6 small holes on both sides of each chicken wing, so that it can be more flavorful. Marinate with 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 5ml and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine 10ml for at least 2 hours
