The recipe for curry beef vermicelli soup
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Cut onions into thin strips. Chop the curry into small pieces. Fans should be soaked in soft food in advance.

- Blanch the sliced beef in boiling water and remove for later use.

- Heat a wok over medium heat, add oil, and stir fry shredded scallions until fragrant. Add tomato chunks and stir fry until soft.

- Add minced curry, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt, add enough water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

- Add the beef fat and continue cooking for 5 minutes to let it taste. Add softened vermicelli, cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and garnish with chopped scallions.
